So it was over food, Seahawks, slow clerk, or stupid person... right? If so you weren't hallucinating. Those discussions are allowed during freeze.

What does exist is the simple fact that it's hard to make friends as an adult.

Wanna make friends? Get a 2nd job in a kitchen working nights. It's usually a bunch of dudes and they usually go out drinking afterwards. Buy the first round, Insta-friends.
Yes and no... Certain places are far more outgoing than others. Though making friends isn't high on my list when moving to a new city, I can definitely tell you that in certain places friends are easier to come by.

No. I don't see what you did there. Did you prove that people find what they expect to find?

Chicago is known for being Midwest friendly and people find examples of it when they go there because that's what they expected to find?

I had never heard of the Seattle freeze, 'everyone is introverted'. And I never experienced the freeze. I expected a cool, happening city full of transplants and that's exactly what I found.

Seattle feels no different than any other city to me.

You either didn't spend enough time there or you're lying to yourself.

I think the word you're seeking is "omniscience" (all-knowing), rather than "omnipresence" (all-present, i.e. present everywhere).

Yet even then, the phrase "all knowing omniscience," while using the correct word, would still suffer from redundancy.

I would simply say, "I bow to your omniscience."

About half of Seattlites are transplants. I don't get the point of this

Transplants are about as responsible for the Seattle Freeze as born locals.
