Anyone know some options for people around the Seattle area?
I want to drive out somewhere and play with fireworks legally. I would even be willing to pay to enter some sort of private land.

I have no idea, but I appreciate you looking to set them off legally and keeping our city and state safe from fire.

You guys have such great shows you can go see... I don't understand the appeal of the little backyard stuff.

The risk of fire is much higher out in the country. Lots of people go to the beaches. At least it's safe there.. but then we see the trash wash up for weeks.

Mostly unincorporated areas like White Center or Skyway, but most schools and churches will have a “no fireworks” Sign.

Yet there was some here last night. I guess they need to increase the fine.

It was quiet by me. I saw the lighted signs on the middle median on 228th.

Really sad story from Unincorporated King County, a place where people go to set off fireworks: https://q13fox.com/2019/07/05/neighb...ff-last-night/

I'm not a prude, but after some things I saw in unincorporated Snohomish County through 2012 festivities, I now purchase (legally) and detonate (also legally) all fireworks at the Tulalip Res. There is room, no one minds. It was real busy night of the 4th and a homemade show, basically, from hundreds of revelers.

Just seems the better idea. I watched a tree burn down in '12. 'Nuff said.
