So I'm very interesting in switching over to metro pcs. Their plans are AWESOMELY PRICED. I'm just wondering about the quality of service.

Anyone out there with metro pcs?? what is the customer service and coverage like?

The cellphone selection online is very limited. Are there more selections available in stores??

Any info or comments in regard to metro pcs is greatly appreciated!!

I don't have them but would get them in a heart beat if they had coverage in my area. Everyone I know that has them (many out west) loves them.

We had Metro PCS before and the coverage is not good. We're in Dallas and the phone randomly worked even in the city ("no signal")! Never used customer service so no idea there.

I have a friend who has it and she said they don't tell you that if you miss payments for two months they will give your number to someone else. Most places give you a warning. She said for the price it is ok but has had trouble with coverage.

MetroPCS sucks terrible, horrible customer service.

For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.

Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at Mod cut: Sorry, but new members are not allowed to post links.

Pass the link along

Are you in NY?

From what I hear, the service is average. Not too great but not too bad. Most of all, my friends just have a problem with the overall selection of the phones since it seems like there isn't a lot of choose from.
