Has nothing to do with being greedy. Man Utd can not afford to pay him higher wages. If you look at most of the clubs on that list, you will see that they are pretty minted and can afford to pay stupid wages.
Yes, SAF has been on "low" salary since....well forever.
He was never top paid manager. Wenger was paid more since ... well long time ago.
Mourinho, Mancini, Benitez back in time all earn/earned more.
