Ho hum, yet another "rolling gun battle" in broad daylight, this one on the southside along I44 from Hampton to just south of downtown:

St. Louis Sports, News, Jobs, Classifieds, Entertainment & Weather

Drove that way this morning - glad I wasn't driving that way when this happened. We can't even say it's all in North St. Louis.

Yea I heard about that and I would never say it is just N St Louis like a lot of county folks like to claim. I'm still troubled by the 6 year old

It's been quite the week again. Why these sudden outbursts of violence after a few relatively peaceful weeks? Does it have to do with there being a full moon or something so people just go nuts?

Crime does tend to pick up more when it start to get warm outside.

Default Seems to be a lot more happening just south of Downtown...

Two people shot at Tucker Boulevard and Chouteau Avenue : News

....I'm going to have to change up my route and start taking 40. There was the drive by shooting near there on Chouteau on a weekday morning not that long ago, please the "rolling" gun battle down 44 that ended up not far from there.

And it's not even summer yet! We all might want to invest in bulletproof jackets come May or so.

The problems in StL might be helping KC. I have a rental home in Blue Springs and somebody from St Louis County inquired about it. They are moving to KC because they don't like StL anymore. Don't feel safe. Kind drastic IMO.
