So how is the remaining $144 million in debt paid? Just from general tax revenues?

It's probably going to be left to the tax payers of Missouri to finish paying for St Louis Dome.

Is the revenue that could be generated from the dome (not sure how many types of events it would be good for and how many days it would be used) more than the revenue from redeveloping it or selling it?

Do STLers think it is a good location? It is right downtown and close to both MLK bridge and the downtown entrance to the new bridge. If it's torn down, I'd imagine that property would be valuable, no?

Like most who have expressed their view on this thread, I am in complete agreement. The location was horrible, the place looks dated. The one time I was in there watching the Rams it was outright depressing. There's a tent city across the street on the north side of the stadium. Implode it. It's as unsightly as the Peverly building in its own way.
