I was looking at a couple of apartments in the Camillus area, however, utilities are not included. I was wondering if people who live/lived in these apartment complexes have an estimate on electric costs (both apartments use only electric).
Kings Gate West - 2 bdrm basement apartment - would love to hear from another basement apartment tenant. How much do you pay in utilities? The apt is large (1,100 sq ft), but I'm also wondering how expensive it may become considering its radiant heat in the ceiling (kind of stupid in a basement apt, don't you agree? Hot air rises). People from the middle floor are welcome to give their feedback as well! The property manager stated approx $150/mth.
Elm Hill Estates - looked at a 3 bdrm basement apartment. Radiant ceiling heat again. About 1,000 sq ft. Could anyone tell me how much they are paying for utilities? Property manager couldn't really give me an estimate, stated with no tenants, approx $80/mth.
About us - Potentially 3 people living in the apartment, all use electronics all the time (my computer is always running even when I'm at work), mom is home most of the time. So I'm already thinking my costs are going to be more than what most people may respond with!
