We need all the rain we can get. We are constantly in or out of a drought. This area never gets enough rain, and we are running out of water (reservoir) nearly all the time. I wouldn't mind if it rained like this a couple times a month!

Is anyone else out on the lanai with coffee this evening? Very comfy out here, raining as always (Lutz) but lightly, no thunder or lightning. At this time dusk is settling in, sky is slightly pink through those tall trees facing me. I may stay out here for a while.

Had a half a inch today, the first rain we had in over two weeks. Kiss the rainy season bye bye starting this week. Dry air aloft will really put a cap on things. I am so ready to be done with the reverse west wind flow we have had for 4 months and see some mid 60's.

I live in South Tampa, and I swear I have seen more rain this season than any in recent memory. I can't wait for those disgusting ugly rain clouds to leave my bay alone!
I swear every time I go out to sit by the pool a thunderstorm rolls in.
