I have heard of these Lennar homes that are eco-friendly and is kind of a one stop shop when building/buying/insuring your house. I posted this on the Bradenton board as well.

Any thoughts? There is a new neighborhood going up in Ruskin area that my coworker is looking into and I wondered if it was be a nice location for a family?

There is an actual website that is called Lennar Aces. It explains completely how the homes are built and has video and explanation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
