Hi Everyone!

I may be buying a home in Paradise Village MHP. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. It is off Clewis Rd, right close to the state fairground.

I talked to someone at work, and she said they really cleaned the place up, and when I drove through it, it did seem really nice.

I would appreciate any input you may have...

Shawn

Smile just a update...

I moved into Paradise Village, and so fa, am very pleased. I have acess to two pools, and am only a few miles from work... and I dont cut grass anymore!

The neighbors are nice so far, and the manager, Lucy, is a super nice person!

I think I am officially home!

I would not buy here. It is locally known as "Parasite Village" due to poor management. The fences are always broke down and the park has no control of the unruly kids there. The manage Kim, it very hard to work with.
