just mov ed to adamsville and we're taking a trip to Paris tn . tomorrow . . saw a pic of the Eiffel tower that they have there . .
figured this is the only way i'll ever make it to Paris . .)

any opinions ???

It's a nice town. My ancestral roots date back to Henry County some five generations.

The area around there is a great place to get out into the great outdoors or go to the lake. Also, if you're a history buff, the Fort Donelson Battlefield in nearby Dover is worth a visit.

thanks for all your suggestions .. cant' wait to see the eiffel tower tho . .
i do like history , so that battlefield sounds interesting ..
i'm not much good at walking' distances' ,but i'll sure give it a try . .

the one we have here in adamsville , ''Shiloh'' is way too big for me to walk . .its tremendous. .
bigger than Gettysburg which i've been to many times over the yrs ..

thinking about moving to paris,tn. single mom with 12 yr old. how are the schools?? anything for kids to do?

If they like outdoor stuff, there's plenty to do. I'm sure there's the usually kids sports stuff; almost every place has that. I don't know anything about the schools there.
