Not like some of the other neighborhoods, North Park, Adams ave area, Hillcrest, ect.
Yes, the homeless problem is just completely out of control. Hepatitis outbreak downtown last year in the tent cities.
No, not moving for work. Moving for financial and business reasons. Want a better life for my family.
Tired of the helicopters flying weekly looking for suspects, sirens, shootings, homelessness, neighbors, and spending way too much money to live in SoCal. We hardly ever go to the beach, we do more camping because that's the only family vacation we can afford.
Exactly! To all that! We went to the beach maybe 3 times in 8 years. Too crowded and too stressful. Went to the Zoo a hand full of times and Balboa Park a few times. Did even bother looking on the news or out our windows to see what the sirens or helicopters were for.
Good for you guys! I am positive you and your family will know you made the right move!

Congrats, Heidi. I'm glad BCS is working out for you.

Blackstone is a good company. You will enjoy your house.

Thank you for the words of encouragement Heidi!
Just saw the weather will be in full effect next weekend 100 deg for our entire visit. I'll be fine...we'll have to see how the wife and kids do. Looks like it's real nice right now, low 90's but with that hurricane headed for Corpus....ugh
