3500 & 3600 Main. The new MATCH center will be going up nearby around the same time. The developer is also planning a office tower and possible hotel for midtown. Construction begins early next year.

Demolition work started today on the Texas Tower, making way for the new 609 Main tower by Hines.



the shorter 41 story renderings.. its now 47 stories.

I seen the LED lighting test of the BOA Plaza last night and early this morning. Around 11 pm a small section in the middle of the building was being tested and around 1 am they were testing the crown. The lighting seems to be the same intensity as the Omni Hotel. The lighting test colors were purple, green and red.

I just found yet ANOTHER link to some planned structures in Downtown Dallas and Uptown (apartments of 20 stories and up) also a couple pics of the stuff planned for Ross Ave, Downtown. . .
