I just got a "blue" letter from NJDOL. Effective March 27th, NJ claimants can now certify over the internet on Sundays between the hours of 8:00am - 3:0pm.
"By certifying for benefits on Sundays via the web application, individuals will have their benefits deposited into their checking/savings account or posted on their prepaid card earlier."
The letter goes on to state that you "can certify any day of the week"; "the web application has increased logic"; and can "handle more issues and process benefit payments timely".
Apparently none of these streamlined processes are available to those who call in.
So that means the next time I certify which would be on 4/12, I can now certify on 4/10. I havent gotten that letter yet nor have I gotten my new EB woprk search form. I usually get it today
I got the notice last week but didnt certify sunday because everyone had different answers for anyone on tiers and eb. To play it safe i'll call tomorrow and maybe going forward ill do the sunday thing

When you say everyone, did you talk to an agent? Or jsut from opinions on here. The letter as pointed out to me by the agent said anyone, so she said it doesn't specify if anyone cant. I would call an agent. That way we have confirmation of two different agents saying the same from two different people
