The reason Pres. Obama hasn't signed this legislation is that it has not yet reached his desk. I know I should not be concerned, however, I will not believe it's real until I see it posted on the NJWD website;

The legislation President Obama hasn't signed that people are talking about; if or when he signs it, will that have anything to do with Oklahoma? -thanks, always.

I'm currently on Tier 3 and it looks like it will end one week after March 4 deadline from the California EDD site so I won't be able to collect on Tier 4 or Emergency Funds. Any idea if this will change? I'm sorry I did not read through latest post as I'm off to my work search. Thanks for reply if any...

Having worked in a law firm for 26 years, I'm guessing the law clerks are cleaning it up. There's no way the legislation doesn't have nits and gnats requiring correction. They have the time to do this. The existing legislation expires March 6. WI does mention on its site Legislation was enacted, awaiting President's signature.

^^That page is useful to check every couple of weeks. It hasn't been updated since 2/11. Next BLS report may come out next Monday, hopefully after President signs new legislation so they can reverse their earlier statements on states triggering off EB "absent federal enactments."
