I got my debit card with money available but have not received approval letter i got fired. I think this is weird.

You can be fired and receive benefits. Why were you fired? Has CA interviewed you, as yet?

I was resently approved for state disability checked online and already have 2 weeks payments on the card but still no card.When will I receive card

Call CA. Start dialing first thing in a.m. before 8 a.m., read least few pages of this thread; 5-1-1-0 usually works:

I was approved a month ago but still have not received a debit card and when I filed over the phone, he never asked for my bank info.
