I relieved a letter from the DETR on June 9th telling me I needed to call adjudicator, by the name of April, on June 18 for my telephone interview since I don't a phone. I called the number and extension indicated in the letter and I got Aprils voicemail. I leave a message stating my name last 4 of my social and phone number I could be temporarily reached at but got no response.
On June 21 I receive a letter postmarked June 19 stating that I had a telephone interview 1day prior on the 18th of June. My initial claim was filed on May 25 and have a pending resolution How much longer do you think it will take until I receive a notice of determination
So I called the adjudicator and spoke with a man who is literally making up a story that I didn't comply with the adjudicator on the 19th of June. Well I didn't call on the 19th I called on the 18th and all I did was leave a message. Something definitely smells fishy. adjudicator is suppose to call my sons phone today I'll keep you posted and thanks for all your help
The man I spoke with today told me he was going to email the adjudicators (April and Annette) both to carryout the telephone interview TODAY and try to make a determination after six weeks of patiently waiting for the employer and adjudicators to do their job.It is now 4:50 pm and still no phone call. Will I get a determination in my favor?
Yeah, but you wanted us to guess if you'd get benefits or not, so we'd need to know too. We can't tell you anything about whether you'll get benefits or not.
I thank all of those who helped me with this matter. Maybe patience will help
