I think that is very true. There is only one other Vendor which contracts with the State to do this, no doubt anyone with this experience would be valuable to them. Hopefully she won't need to go there and they'll get another Client for her soon.

It's a strange job, either you click with the Client and the job ends up pretty easy, or if you do not click, they have to keep hiring people until finding someone who does "click". Cause otherwise most of the Clients will wreak havok and that often involves the Police or Ambulance, or both.

You didn't get an answer. You friend is still denied UI and will continue to get exactly ZERO each week until she does something about it, and even then, it's no guarantee she'll succeed.
