If employer can't offer you other work, the above is a medical reason for the quit. You will also need to provide evidence from doctor you can do other work.

Apply for benefits. NV isn't the fastest state - nor the easiest state to work with - but if NV recognizes you can't do this particular job for medical reasons but can do other work, you should get benefits.

I'd echo Ariadne22 about getting the doctors note. I had to do the same (Quit with cause) due to COPD and light duty dispute. I won, but it took 6-8 weeks for the win.

But win I did with help from Ariadne22 and Chyvan.
