I think if they actually come out with some decent, concrete plans, and show us how exactly they propose to do it, they'll get much more support.
I know if they could come up with a viable plan, I'd back them.
At the moment it's all dreaming, and for that reason, I can't support them.

I like the Lib Dems politics. I think Clegg is actually more of a statesman than either Brown or Cameron, and I like his socially liberal but fiscally more conservative position for now. He is for nuclear arms reduction, very pro-European (something I believe is essential) and wants parliamentary reform. And, even though he hasn't said it, I think he believes in a system without the monarchy. He has my vote, and I hope the vote of those who want to vote for them but think it may be wasted.
The none of the above crowd are extremists & radicals...
I want to poll mainstream Brits...
You seem to have missed the fact that many "mainstream" Brits are fed up with the political BS to the point that even voting seems fruitless. They are not "extremist" or "radical" - merely disillusioned.
I was goin to vote Conservative but am now voting Lib Dem. As is my husband - a longtime Conservative. We both changed our minds after watching the debate last week.
Yes, but we don't need them.
We don't learn anything from them ? They just stand there and find creative ways to not answer questions, and to stick knives in each others' backs.
What we want is policies. Not pontificating.

Watching from across the pond, this election is absolutely fascinating... I'm on pins and needles. Seriously, UK, give us a good one! I watched a debate Sunday and I totally felt both Clegg and Cameron were channeling Obama during his campaign.
