I don't know, I'd assume pretty tough until after the holidays.
I preordered a PS4. It's the first time I've ever done that.
I also preordered Watch Dogs from Amazon, but since that's been delayed I'll have a console with no game, so I'm hoping that a few decent games are able to be downloaded at launch.
Xbox one looks OK for an "everything else" machine, and I'm looking forward to the fitness aspect and I'm interesting how the "cloud processing servers" will be utilized, but that will take some time; I'll probably pick one up late next year.

Again, here are my reasons for PS4:
There are quite a few PS3 games I missed out and hope the "streaming" service will make those playable.
There are a couple exclusives, timed exclusives and Japanese games I want to play.
Graphics power on paper seems to have an edge on the PS4.
I wanted something new after have been an Xbox360 owner for all of this time.
The PS4 controller is revamped. I hated the PS3 controller.
It's cheaper than the XBone without the camera.
I am worried about slow DL speeds.
I am also worried about Sony's less than stellar record with online gaming.
