So far it's Valkyria Chronicles 1-4 followed by Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Zelda Ocarina of Time and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance.

Oh man here we go.

Hexen: Beyond Heretic. Emergency: Fight for Life + Emergency Police. 911: First Responders. Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim. SimCopter. SimCity 4. Warframe. Phasmophobia. Burnout 3: Takedown. Most of the classic Genesis-era Sonic franchise. Undertale. Pokemon Emerald/Colosseum/XD/Sword. Fable: The Lost Chapters. Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun. Starcraft 1/Brood War/2. Audiosurf. Minecraft.

Been playing video games pretty much my whole life and I've always found more obscure titles and franchises to be more entertaining than most big name/AAA titles. There's a few exceptions, but not many.

Yu-Gi-Oh The Duelist of the Roses. I'm still playing it after 20 years. PS2 with remote. I still hope they bring out a sequel.
