I picked up this game a couple of months ago and immediately fell in love with it. It's absolutely stunning to see (graphically) and the game play is a blast.
Anyone else playing and, if so, what platform?
I play on an XBOX 360 almost exclusively multiplayer but I did start going through the co-op campaign for the death cards and it's great too.
I was hesitant at first because I don't know why every single game that comes out now has to be rated M, but I decided to pick it up because I had heard you could turn the language/violence down in single player mode.
I'm so glad I bought this game....but my wife....well, she has a different perspective.
If there's any XBL players here, maybe we could play sometime?
My family plays this game, and we run a server for PC. We have a very old tradition, my father, uncle, and a few old family friends play on Thursday nights on our server. most of us are in different areas of the city, or even country. Kinda nice to get a chance to throw a few grenades at my dad, and then later on hear my uncle and my dad yelling at each other because one killed the other when they were on the same team. Oldest player we have is in his mid 60's, and the youngest that plays sometimes is the 60 year old's grand kids who are in there early teens.

GT: NOxxxID (I normally play TDM or Search and Destroy)......I'm starting to like the game a little more, but it isn't COD4, however I still have fun. I just beat the game on veteran the other day- gosh what a pain....with the computer spamming grenades everywhere the game is harder than what it really should be

I'm still playing CoD 4 until Modern Warfare 2 is released later this year.
I can't wait until that happens- I may start the prestige thing again....I hope Infinity Ward adds the dogs on MW2 for a person who goes on a kill streak of maybe 15- dogs seem to be more effective than the helicopters
I bought it for my husband's birthday but we haven't had time to finish the campaigns. It was frustrating the splitscreen compared to L4D, GeoW2, etc. (360)
We love cod! We used to have a clan for cod1 and 2 long time ago (pc) xD.
