You don't have to be or even want to be hard to be a rapper.

Well of course this is true. However, in the MoCo video, people were acting like Silver Spring is hard. lol. These guys are trying to play a part.

Am I the only one that finds it disturbing to see a music video 'representing PG' imagery frontloading within a minute imagery of a kid rolling dice (indicating street gambling), alcohol-drinking, smoking and a man saluting while holding a leashed pitbull (?) dog as seen in that 'PG County Cypher' video?

I wonder why American rap culture so heavily promotes thug and generally negative mentality. Clean rap can be popular; just ask Will Smith.

This video is the kind of video that if someone sits down and watches it, it paints Prince Georges County in a bad light. The most frustrating part is that the individuals who created the video and are in it, have misused all of their talent and put it towards creating "gangster rap" music videos. They clearly have the ability to do anything they want, yet they choose to walk around wearing colored bandanna's, flashing firearms in a manner which clearly shows they aren't responsible, street gambling, getting drunk/high etc. I've seen many videos on the "youtube" and "world star" that people have showed me and to be honest, most of them that are created in Prince Georges County are simply low class trash with a video camera. Videos like "Robbin Season", Brightseat Road "Murda", and Twisted Park productions are simply tasteless. Watching these videos, it clearly shows this isn't a life that people were "forced into" but it shows a picture of a life that these individuals choose to live.

Well to get respect you have to earn it. I don't respect anyone who makes these garbage music videos that degrade women, glorify gangster lifestyles and promote murder, robbery and drug dealing, the same things that have ultimately destroyed many of communities in the DC area. The individuals who create these videos are no different than some sort of KKK leader or Osama Bin Laden getting on camera and spouting garbage out of their mouths. The individuals who promote these videos are no different then those terrorist groups and should be treated as such. So you get no respect from me or any other individual from the DC area community. Its clear that this video certainly isn't a representation of the entire Prince Georges County, or at least I would hope not.
