Does anybody have a list of apartments zoned to Quince Orchard High school. We would prefer 3 bedrooms and a short term lease. Budget upto $3000

Oakwood Gaithersburg or Archstone across the street might also be other options.

I know Oakwood specializes in short-term leasing.

Default Thanks

Thanks so much for responding! So far I have called Courts of Devon and they do minimum 6 month leases. I will call the others as well. We want to buy a house in the area but unable to travel right now due to medical reason. But we have to move there by August. If anybody has any other suggestions please chime in.

I dont think those are in the Quince Orchard High School area. I think kids there go to Wooton High. There are apartments along Muddy Branch road that has kids going to QO. I don't have the names of the communities handy though. Courts of Devon is probably the best choice.
