Does anyone know if there's a commuter bus that runs from Silver Spring (or anywhere in Montgomery County) to Baltimore in the morning, and return at end of business day?

All I can find at the moment are MARC trains (running from Greenbelt/Union) and commuter buses that go the opposite way (from Columbia, MD to DC).

Ultimately, would like to avoid driving that commute on a daily basis.

Thanks for your help!

Theres no commuter bus that runs from anywhere in the D.C. area to Baltimore. You'd have to catch a greyhound bus from the Silver Spring terminal, which is probably expensive for such a short distance.

You'd have to a Marc train (Penn Line or Camden) from Union Station, New Carrollton, Seabrook, Bowie (Penn) or Riverdale, College Park, Greenbelt, or Laurel (Camden) going towards B'more.

In other words you'd have to go to PG county or DC to catch a train up there.

Taking the Metro/MARC would be faster anyway I think. It's about 12 min to Union Station from Silver Spring to DC on the Red Line and there are plenty of MARC trains from there to Balt. Same with taking the Red and Green Line to Greenbelt or College Park, except there's only 3 NB trains during the morning (to Camden Station in Balt.).
