It would be really valuable to hear the experiences and perspectives of any retirees who've recently moved to Westport for their retired years. I'm seriously considering such a move. Yes, I've been there previously and absolutely love the natural environment (i.e. fishing, crabbing and clamming), the property prices, the cool, gray weather and the low population density.
Realizing that there is no substitute for actually living there for an extended period, it seems that the next best thing at this point is to talk to a similar demographic (retiree) who are indeed living the lifestyle I envision. Any of you out there who wouldn't mind sharing insights, experiences, and any other sorts of feedback?
