Winds gusting over 20mph for almost 8 hours now. Mostly 30-40mph. Feels great! I love when it keeps going at night. Most of the time winds die down with sunset.

Even better when temps are below 50 and its happening. Leaves pretty much all down except the oaks and a few Maples still

Nice to hear. We are getting our first cold shot of the season. Had the cold front with a band of snow with it....half inch. But wind chills will be below zero Monday morning....and for someone who likes the cold it is fine with me.

45°F at 10 pm? It's been rising since sunset, just like yesterday.

Just like models projected for last 10 days with the light band of snow under the High. Curious how far south the flakes fly.

Here's the current Map and Wind Chills(F°). You guys are always lucky to get this type of weather.

It was cool to see the temps drop after Lunchtime, then level off or rise a little after sunset. Did you have clouds? Maybe the winds at night kept the temps from dropping more? We're still on the Eastern edge of the true front.

Very deep low around Iceland

Thursday morning lows in the Southeast

Left November so far. Right forecast for rest of month. Would make November 9th of last 11 months colder than average US

The big snowstorm may not be forecast to happen anymore, but the forecast on Weather Underground still says snow here tomorrow morning. We'll see.

The snows have been shown by the models for a week now but its from the front, not the storm. The storm was never forecasted, just mentioned. Enjoy the snowflakes. Should be between 1-6am here. Maybe some bursts of snow but nothing more than an inch anywhere.
