Dude, they're getting lows of 25 C and maxes of 40 C in early spring, at the same latitude as Atlanta (B.A. anyways)- this ain't supposed to be happening. And yeah, I hate my climate too, and I want to move north more than anything, but I have other obligations, family, work, etc - it's just not that easy to pack and go where the weather's nice, if that was the case, I'd relocated ages ago....sigh.
But yeah, if our mins are supposed to be 10 C, and it's 25 C instead, I have the right to b*tch, just like anyone else...lol.
Well lets be honest seasons are shorter in their part of the world and the location of their countries is such that they are far from cold weather, so um it should be expected.

Well, you mean the locations of central parts of the countries. Don't forget the southern tip of my country, which is close to Antarctica.
Anyway, even though the climate of my city has a short and fleeting period of cold, having 20 C/32 C in a moth whose averages are 10 C /19 C is a quite a bit unusual, so we have the right to complain, yes. One thing is to have a 14 C / 25 C day in September, which I consider too warm but which I know is to be expected almost every year, and another thing is to have a 20 C / 32 C day in September. The all-time record high for September in BA is 34 C, so go figure, we'll be just 2 C below the record.
Yes true. I looked and Melbourne has a record high of 46c....
Yeah and the last occurrence of 45C+ high was in the 1930's, the next occurrence was in 2009 which makes the average probability of a 45C+ high once every 80 freaking years. I'll probably be dead for 2 decades before the next 45C high in Melbourne. Derp de Derp derp
I should add that every bout of summer heat (over 35C) is very short (1-3 days), while cold fronts and onshore winds with sub 25C highs are far, far, far more common. On average there are more days between 20-25C than over 30C during summer here. And we get less than 10 nights with a low over 20C annually aswell. And an annual average of 10 storm days, which by world standards is abysmal. Even the junk climates in northern Europe and arctic Canada and Siberia get more storm days.
The record for consecutive days over 30C is just 10, which by Australian standards doesn't even show on the radar.

And we almost break here the record for highest min.
List of mins above 20ºC ever recorded in BA during September
And we still have at least one more day with heat: tomorrow is forecast 22 / 30. Let's hope the record doesn't break.
Meanwhile in BA, at 1 PM, 32.5 C! Absolutely insane!
Other "hot" cities right now:
Córdoba: 38.3 C
Catamarca: 38. 9 C
Tucumán: 36.5 C
Then, cities with "more tolerable" temps right now:
Mar del Plata: 24.3 C
Santa Rosa: 25.7 C
La Quiaca: 17.3 C
And last, how I envy those in these places:
Bariloche: 4.8 C
RÃo Gallegos: 1.4 C
Ushuaia: 1.4 C
