It's really astonishing just how little of the U.S. has Christmas snow of any reliability. Anyway...
My dream Christmas Eve forecast: Temperatures dropping from 15F to 0F with blizzard conditions, dumping 10 to 15 inches of snow by sunrise. Followed on Christmas Day with windy conditions and a high of 10F, with snow ending around noon followed by a few peeks of sunshine around sunset. Total snow accumulation of around 20 inches.

If I see snow on the ground, I count it as a White Christmas. A "real" White Christmas in my opinion involves snow taller than the grass, which is usually 2-3 inches.
Having been nearly killed by drizzle, cold and wind I am just going to say I wish it could be 42°C with 50% humidity on christmas day. That would be perfect.

Heck yeah!
If there's one thing in the whole world I ever want for Christmas, it's that right there.
When I move to my dream climate where things like that are possible, I ain't ever going anywhere for the holiday, my folks will just have to deal...lol.
Well when I was a kid I always wanted snow, and living in New Jersey just outside NYC we rarely got it (1960's-1970's).
Last year in Northeast PA and Northwest NJ we got heavy wet snow, around 3-4 inches on Christmas Eve but of course this time I didn't want it because I had to drive my mother back to her nursing home after church! To top it off I could not use the SUV because she can't climb up into it, so I had to use a front-wheel drive car, which was OK but not ideal!
So, I guess I'd like a dusting, maybe an inch or two of powder, to fall by 8PM on Christmas Eve, just enough for Santa to land his sleigh on the roof, and then a few more inches overnight so the kids can wake up to snow. LOL my kids are teenagers now and all they want is money.
