Invercagill maybe, they're pretty close.

If Invercagill was less mild and the rain was compressed into fewer days, then it would be great. On the other hand Walla just needs wetter, cooler summers.

Colombo looks much better than KL and Panama. I like the cooler temps and the precipitation pattern/averages. Oct-Nov looks nice.
