Unbelievable I think that I'll have to chose Moncton. Thompson just has too much deadly cold. I'm such a toothpick that I wouldn't stop shivering all winter.

Higher rain/snow quota than in Moncton at Halifax obviously vs a very similar thermal scheme but with low winter and summer precipitation.
I'm going to go with Norrköping. I can't see there being as much snow. I do get jealous of Halifax sometimes in the winter, early spring, when they get rain and Moncton gets snow.

Lima. With those temps I can live with no sun, in fact it may even help Norrköping is my 'sort of' closest weather station. It receives maybe four-five heavy snowfalls in a year. Not so bad. Summers are very pleasant and with low humidity at times.
