I was out in the sun for a couple of hours today at my kid's soccer games. Forgot to put sunscreen on me and on the kids.

I thought you were Greek, didn't know it was possible to burn/ damage skin at a UV of only 5.

I don't burn too easily at all (except under my eyes and my shoulders), and I haven't been in the sun that much lately. My younger boy has fair complexion. Sun was surprisingly strong for being last days of September... UV peaked at only 6 at Noon but it felt stronger.

This was today.

Humidity lower, allowing sun to feel hotter? That's my guess.
