Not exactly; the place that I'm thinking of is situated on California's southern border (though not necessarily within California itself).

It is true, however, that the 47C reading was most likely the result of the hot, dry Santa Ana winds that blow into the region during the autumn.

Also, find a place with a record high greater than or equal to 45C (113F) and a record low less than or equal to -45C (-49F).

Find a climate north of 35 N that has an average high of only 20 C during August yet has recorded a reading of 32 C or warmer during every single month of the year, including December and January.

Didn't you already ask that once? This question was very similar:

And you said the answer was Monterey. However, Monterey hasn't reached 32C in Feb and March (according to TWC, which might be incorrect?).

Are you thinking of someplace different this time?

But it's close enough. The places I was thinking of are Midale and Yellow Grass:

Find a climate that has a "average" snowfall total in August but sees average summer highs of 30C or more

Great Falls, Montana comes close with an average of 0.8cm (it got 21 cm in August 1992) but only averages 28.6C in its warmest month. I can't find any nearby stations that have both though.

Find a climate that averages 0C or higher in all months but gets over 250cm snow a year.

Closest I found was Glasgow (32m), with annual mean 9.6c? Is your intended place close?

Apparently Arendal also comes close: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arendal#Climate

I don't have an intended place, I know there aren't any in the UK though.
