Yeah you're right, it is. I just personally wouldn't bother. I'd much rather have a big house within the same city. We all have our preferences I guess.

I like the decor of the house better, don't care for the apartment 's style at all. Though in general not interested in large homes, have no use for all that space

I like the look of Boston apartment, exposed brick is a nice plus. And have greenery out the back window makes the setting feel much friendlier - I'm ok with dense urban environments if there's some greenery

Affording a house that size and price would be nice. I'd love all that space.
That Boston apartment is very nice. My mate had an apartment quite similar, just smaller, and I loved all the exposed brick walls and steel in the roof. Quite industrial, but really lovely.

I am chatting to my dad and there is a significant difference in daylight! It is actually still almost still day there, in contrast it's pitch dark here.
