La Nina showing some signs of life within the last week or so... Also Blob has cooled off as storms and a trough has targeted the GOA and the PNW

Even though the Blob has cooled a bit, the positive SST's are still there, but I notice that the abnormally high SST's are further south in the GOA. Don't klnow what role that would plat if they remain like this come winter. And check out the waters off the coast of Japan. WOW

Compare current SST's in the GOA with Oct 2013... They are much warmer now than they were then, and in 2013 at this time, the positive anomalies were further west.

You are lucky.
Now in Europe we have cold weather and that's reason why we have warm winter.
October is coldest than February
Seasonal forecast of Accuweather says mild December and cold January and February in America.
But what does it mean for Europe?
Cold October, cold November and cold December but warm January and warm February?!

When America has cold weather Europe has warm weather.

AccuWeather lies. They said this: The heat will fluctuate more across the northern Balkans with the most unseasonable warmth expected through the middle of October.
October is cold.
