I love working out, and I really want to. However, whenever I do go to the gym, 50% of the time I throw up in the end. I want to exaggerate how not I go too hard either. Often I will have to abort mission after only maybe three or four three-set-exercises. I don't eat right before working out, neither am I hungry. I drink lots of water, too. It's just that after three or four exercises, I start getting really dizzy, nauseous, light sensitivite and it feels like I'm getting a bad fever. This happens every time, and 50% of the time I also throw up. It really sucks because working out is supposed to make you feel good afterwards, but I feel like a literal pile of dog **** after. :/
Being Blackmailed by an English county Council to register to vote. I am already on my electoral register at home, I don't care about elections here and I don't want to transfer to their system.

Vomiting too much is bad and detrimental to your health. It can ruin your esophagus and, if you're on the skinny side, you can become underweight (since vomiting makes you lose weight). Try lying down afterwards. Sip on lemon or drink ginger ale to palliate the nausea. Not to mention, too much water can make you queasy. So be easy on the water.
Do you workout strenuously? That could be the reason for the dizziness and nausea.
I think most people will feel this way at some point. Don't give up!
Feel out of place and isolated. Nothing for me to do at weekends.. Want to transfer home or drop out. Also kind of feel like the whole experience is overrated and more for extroverted party goers than people like me.
