I watched a TV series once which taught to deal with these issues, and women in general.
I think it was called 'The Sopranos'.
When I was much younger, I remember a commercial on TV where there's a guy who goes, "I'm from Jersey so you know I'm a big Sopranos fan," which didn't really resonate with me, since I obviously wasn't watching the show. Neither were my parents, etc. But I ought to watch the series sometime, since I never have.

Never watched it, but I was young when it was on the air. I think my parents watched it.
Now days I get asked about the Jersey Shore and RHONJ. Like everyone from NJ is somehow associated with these shows lol

The Sopranos might be worth watching because artistically I have heard that it has actual value. Jersey Shore, of course, completely lacks that.
In 2011, a friend of mine visited from Canada. Took him to Wildwood. He was surprised at the lack of guidos on the boardwalk. Lol. Perhaps there were two or three individuals who looked guido-ish on that particular occasion.

Haha never mind that most of those people are from NY anyway...
I liked Jersey Shore, I don't understand why it had so much of a negative rep.
