We got that rain overnight, cooled us down to chilly mid 60s

On your map, lots of 70s lows, including a balmy 75F / dew 67F at what looks like
around Huntingdon or Hemmingford, Quebec...just north of US border...very mild for there.

A bit of a cool down on Tues/Wed but still above normal (Oct 10th avg high at ORD is 65F, and at IKK it's 67F) overall well above normal temps this week.

Publish a source for that please? Ardahan has a -0.4C avg low for October so I'm skeptical to say the least

Choose "sıcaklığı küçükten büyüğe". You will see Göle

https://www.mgm.gov.tr/sondurum/en-d...cakliklar.aspx

Sıcaklığı küçükten büyüğe means from the lowest to highest.

Pazar (Sunday)
Cumartesi (Saturday)
Cuma (Friday)
Perşembe (Thursday)
Çarşamba (Wednesday)

Those are days.

This difference of a couple degrees might not seem like much but when it's consistent ad compounded over many months it is really bad. MIA was the wamest station in the entire south florida area (including all stations maintained well enough to appear on Nowdata) by more than 1F which, in my opinion, is more than enough to indicate a serious problem.

Here's data for September 2017:

MIA: 84.8F
FLL: 82.8F
North Miami Beach: 82.8F
Miami Beach: 82.8F
HWO (Hollywood): 83.2F

Might just be UHI being a major international airport. Nowhere else in our area records low temps as warm as Sky Harbor, our official station

UHI is definitely a major component (and a reason the official recording station should me moved) but there are many other areas with similar or even stronger UHI, like downtown, which are recording both High AND low temperatures cooler than the airport. Additionally temperatures at MIA were roughly in line with what you'd expect them to be until last fall when they abruptly jumped up a couple of degrees compared to other south florida stations and it's stayed like that ever since.
