Im an heir to two mineral rights interests and Antero Resources just sent me tow leases. Can anyone give any info?

Antero is the worst of the worst and has the blood of many on their hands. I would rip up anything coming from them.

What are people doing in my situation then? Im just a small timer to them, as im sure whoever the majority rights owner negotiated this?? Its $1k for one and $500 for a modification on the other. 15% royalty as well

Im also looking for ancestors...havent been their since '80's when i was a teen for a reunion. Woofter/ Hickman/ Doak. Any help would be much appreciated!
