Hi everyone,
I am a high school student that just got transferred to Ladysmith High school. I need to take a language exam located in Eau Claire, WI. Is there any public transportation to Eau Claire?

I don't know Ladysmith specifically, but there's pretty much no chance that there's any public transportation (in a traditional sense) in a city that small. You would have to take the equivalent of a taxi.

If the exam is in Eau Claire you could probably catch a Greyhound bus there. Where are you coming from?

I don't remember seeing a Greyhound station in Ladysmith. Rice Lake is the biggest hub around that area. I was in a similar predicament trying to get from the Minneapolis airport. Found the Rice Lake shuttle.
I did find this, don't know how current it is and it is a bit pricey:
Indianhead Transit Services

Since the exam is in Eau Claire you should be alright getting a ride by a company like Greyhound.

Greyhound does not serve Ladysmith WI.

Since you are asking here I assume that your parent/guardian can not do it.

I would ask your HS councilor if someone else from your school is going to take the test, And you could go with them (or) with them and there parents. If your HS councilor does not know, see if you can put it in the school Announcement, and post it to your HS Facebook page.

If all those options fail, See if there is someone in your community who can drive you. Check with your church, there may be a member who goes there all the time, or can 'go' the day you need to take the test.

Apologies, the Indianhead link looks like people with disability and elderly.

I think he just needs a ride to Eau Claire not Ladysmith.
