A man or a woman? Work relationships are a huge part of our lives and how we get along can make or break a job. I typically hear women say that they prefer to work with men and I get mixed reviews from men. Personally I get along better with women than I do with men. I will admit though that if the woman is a real b*tch it makes for a miserable workplace. Same goes if a man is a d*ck.

My take on it after working at a place with 10,000 employees or 22 years is that women prefer to work with men and for the most part men ALSO prefer to work with/for men. What about ya'll?

i got to spend a week on a farm in iowa when i was about 10 years old. i have immense respect for farmers, it's tough, hard work, and unless you're hooked in with uncle sam i hear it's tough to make a buck too. although i'm no expert on what kind of profits farmers make. can you do ok? by the way i'm not asking how much you make. it's just a general question,

i guess by this time of day you've already worked a few hours right?

I don't like bosses, never have never will. Why should someone tell me what to do and check up on me like I am 5 years old just because I am trying to earn a living?

what if they're both nice? i generally get along better with women. sometimes it costs me though because i'm the "nice guy" and i get taken advantage of. let's see what trouble that starts if anyone reads it.

I have had both male and female bosses that were great. I don't have a preference, it's going to depend on their personality. I've worked for more men and have no issues with them. Only really ever had two bosses that were jerks and both were women who I'm sure were in a continuous state of being on the rag LOL

Hmmm...tough call there...

I've worked with both genders, with both also nice, and in my own experience (not saying this is universally the case with everyone, or all women either), it was generally easier to work with the male bosses, just b/c there was a lot less drama But definitely not saying a nice female boss is bad either, though...
