Waiting so long to get a job and spending enough time in college to obtain a bachelors degree, yet not earning anything has put you at a disadvantage and set you back. Now it's up to you to make up for it. You've been given some good suggestions, it's time to act on them and ditch the victim mentality.

He already went to college for four years and didn't graduate.
You may want to look in other positions besides retail since you have Aspergers. It is very tough looking for a job and I know it is hard to understand why you haven't been hired.
Take your time and do research on the internet for a career that will suit who you are. If you have to start by volunteering, do so. Make a plan, write it down and stick to it. See if you can get some counseling to help you. Good luck.
well i've had 5 job interviews since January now, my most recent one today at Sports Authority, i won't be surprised if I don't get hired, but the fact i've been getting interviews lately, that is something new to me

yeah, before I worked at Target starting last October, last Fall, eventhough I am no longer employed there, i got released in December along with other employees who were hired seasonal, eventhough some got lucky and were given the choice, option to stay, i was not. Before Target, i struggled to even get an interview whenever i submitted a job application, since January, I've had 5 Job Interviews, including one I had on Thursday, no confirmation yet as to whether i got hired or denied
