My advice would be to get your BA degree, and become a ETL at Target. Becoming a ETL is easy to land at Target, if you have a BA degree. And ETL (team leaders), make great pay.
no redcards unfortuneately, as for the great team cards, i never saw any posted, well it was my first ever retail job so this was all new to me.

How about going to vo-tech school for specialty training in a specific field...ac tech, nursing, x-ray tech or whatever interests you that also has enough jobs in your area that you likely would get a job. Especially good if the school has job placement.

Or go to a regular 4 year college. But with vo-tech, you can go for 1 year or shorter and get training in certain specialties.

You had four years to accomplish something. What did you do at community college? How did you manage to come out of four years of community college with nothing to show for it? For some reason you seem reluctant to answer those questions but keep coming back to the same disgruntled whining anger directed towards other people.

The past shows up on your resume, so it does matter.

do you live near a big city? they usually have entry level jobs at major corporations. Try your local hospital...they have all kinds of starter jobs.

well just because a person made mistakes in the past does not mean they will do it again in the future, people can change, thats what angers me, pisses me off, an applicants past matters so much to an employer, and yes i will look into that, so what are other great ways to gain experience if for an entry-level job if you don't have any?

Before I leave this thread shaking my head in disgust, I'll repeat a suggestion I made earlier. Take on a position as an apprentice with someone in a trade, even if you're not paid for a while, apply yourself and learn something useful. Prove to yourself, to your parents and to prospective future employers, that you actually can apply yourself to something instead of quitting. Nobody gives a rat's ass that you're angry and pissed off with the world in general, and the perpetual litany is boring and unproductive.
