yeah, why are minimum-wage employers or lower so extremely reluctant to train people?

My guess is that there's enough qualified people out there that do not need training. Are minimum wage employers having difficulty filling positions?

yeah, whenever i apply to places like Grocery Stores, McDonald's, Movie Theaters, Retail jobs, they are almost never hiring, always fully-staffed.

Clearly, he is more attractive to an employer in the current climate than someone without an education.

yeah if the economy was strong, good, then it would not really matter
