If she was told from day #2 that she was dressing inappropriately then the company had the right to let her go. If they say your clothes are too tight, you wear less form fitting clothes to meet the dress code. She should have changed her wardrobe after the first criticism from her supervisor. I can believe one of her co-workers may have said she was too hot for the office, but certainly not a boss who determines whether she stays or gets fired. Hopefully she learned a lesson about office etiquette.
also if you work in a warehouse run by orthodox jews, have a little respect and education. Orthodox Jewish men aren't allowed to even shake a woman's hand. It's just this woman lacks any awareness of how she comes across.
I actually know an Orthodox family that runs a stripper boutique where they sew and and sell all of the clothing.
Jews have historically been tailors and worked in fashion, it just so happens that today the demand is for hoe gear.
