If you live in a small town, I would look for employment at the closest mid-sized or large city. Post your resume on LinkedIn, Careerbuilder with relocation preferences for the new city. Some cities have few options.

A two year program can get you into physical therapy as an assistant. And then get your employer to pay the rest of your way to be an actual physical therapist. Tons of jobs out there for that, and likely rewarding if you like helping people. I'd look into health care of some sort, it is were all the jobs will be in the future.

Factory or manufacturing work is just too depressing for me. They just push push push. Short 10 mins breaks compared to 15 mins given to white collar workers. No choice of when to go to lunch. Limited to 30 mins for lunch. Why?? Just let us have 60 mins to unwind and eat in peace, take a nap. I just dont have the factory mentality for it.

I have been looking for elementary teaching and office jobs. I have teaching experience, excellent computer skills, and am pretty good working with the general public. I also speak some Spanish.

I have considered going into the medical field because it has always interested me, but I don't want to take out student loans for school.

I am worried that I will never get out of this job and will be stuck here forever because my most recent experience is manufacturing.
You may have a case of Plantar fasciitis. Might check the local community college and see if they have some certificate courses that may lead you into the medical field...

You need to look for work from home jobs regarding teaching. There are lots of them. Also there are lots of phone work that is also remote.Of course some jobs are location specific.Do your research.
