My ex employer only filed less than a quarter of my wages in 2012. I was laid off a couple weeks ago due to him selling the business. I am now left without being eligible for unemployment as well as a major problem with my taxes and a missing last paycheck. He is impossible to get ahold of and is in other trouble with the law. Please advise!

File a wage complaint form with the DOL, and contact a labor attorney. You may need to sue him.
