Update today 6pm: - as so often happens the problem solved itself. He just quit, he's going overseas for some kind of project. He only worked 2 weeks and didn't disclose he had another application in the works. So that ends it all. Happy holidays all around.

The business is in an upscale NY suburb where political correctness runs rampant, so people do see this kind of thing. The clientele has a large "lifestyle.alt" element - gay, women with extensive tattoos, guys with dreads, etc etc. all alongside suburban moms and little kids. Nobody seems to care about that.

Are you going to come crying back to these forums when your "large" "lifestyle.alt" element clientele abandons your business, as your disdain for them becomes apparent/transparent?
