Ok so I was talking to a colleague about a review on glassdoor and now my supervisor thinks I'm the one that wrote it.

He made a comment in Tuesday saying he knows I'm not "happy", I asked him why he thinks that and he said word gets around.

Now I'm screwed right?

If he weren't a coward, he would simply ask if you posted it. So many managers should not be in a position of any power.

I would say be prepared to sue, but our laws are set up to protect the company's profits, not the employees that make the profit possible.

Why didn't you defend yourself when you supervisor made that statement? NOT saying anything is what makes you look guilty, imo.

there's a lot of assumptions being made in this thread. You people are reading way too much into a simple comment.
